At Arctic Outdoor, we know that nature can be unpredictable. That's why we offer Arctic Care Guarantee – a service that ensures your equipment is always ready for your next adventure.
If something goes wrong, we'll repair your product for free through our experienced partners. If it can't be repaired, we'll take it back and send you a new one – so you can get back out into the wild quickly.
We believe in long-term solutions, both for you and for the environment. Therefore, you can contact us below if your Arctic Outdoor product has broken. It is important that you attach pictures when you send to us, so that we can get an overview of the extent and help you as best as possible.
